Governance, Framework, and Strategy

We define our CR approach around five areas of focus, which provides consistency to our sustainability work around the world. These areas include Client Experience, Employees, Community, Environment and Responsible Business.

The Corporate Responsibility team shall establish an annual strategic plan for the program which is presented to the CR Steering Committee ahead of the new Financial Year.  We will engage our stakeholders to create the plan which serves to drive priorities in our five focus areas.
